Buddy/Volunteer
What is a Buddy?
The players make every game special, but it’s the people who offer their time and friendship that make it possible. Players are paired with a “Buddy” who helps them on and off the field. Buddies can be parents, students, athletes, business leaders, or any individuals or groups wishing to volunteer their time.
How do I sign up?
Step 1: All volunteers over the age of 18 must have a Criminal Background Check on file. Background checks are renewed each year, not each season. Click on the following link to complete your Background Check: background@hrtruecheck.com

Step 2: All volunteers under the age of 18 must have a Minor Release Form signed by a parent/guardian. CLICK HERE to download the form. Bring your completed form on game day.
Step 3: Nonfamily members – Volunteer registration for the 2024 Spring Season will open on March 1st.

Family Members – Family Volunteer registration will open on February 1st. This is for Family Members only. All other volunteers will register through SignUp.Com.
All volunteers will check in 15 minutes before each game. Volunteers are required to wear their assigned “buddy” shirt as well as closed-toe shoes. If you are volunteering for one game you will receive a volunteer bib that must be worn while on the field.
Please do not bring your cell phone to the field. Volunteers are needed to help assist each player on and off the field and your attention is required. All measures are put in place to protect our players. We appreciate your support.
